    Hello Eduardo,

You got an easy way to explain how Scrum can save not just a product but sometimes it can save a business. As I could see, out of Brazil knowledge on Agile is not a plus for who is looking for a job, it is necessary and I believe Scrum is one of the best Agile framework, easy to understand and hard to implement but when the team has a good Scrum Master like you the way is easier.

Thanks for sharing this video and I hope you make more like this one.

    Hello, Eduardo.
Running IT projects, nowadays, is really a great challenge as you mentioned in the beginning of your video. I have done it myself in the last 5 years.
I believe it was great mentioning people’s happiness to be successful in any project.
I agree that splitting the backlog and delivering parts of it, instead of waiting for finishing (it’s important to understand that you will never finish (lol)) the project, is an intelligent path.
Having in mind your MVP is a great idea. I entirely agree with your point of view.
Bringing together the right people (and the right number of people), at the correct moment, doing exactly what they are supposed to do, somethings is not so easy and, in my opinion, may destroy your project.
I understand when you mention the importance of having the releasing plan, but in my experience, sticking to the plan is never something so simple to do. We may always face different (or new) ideas or needs presented.
I think that everybody involved in the project must be ready to understand what SCRUM is, because sometimes, reality and theory do no walk together.
    Nice explanation about SCRUM.
    Best wishes.
    Marcelo Daniel

That’s a really nice introductory video about the importance of the adoption of an agile framework in your project, be it an IT project or not. I’ve worked in several projects with Eduardo using the Scrum Framework. I’ve learned that using it in our work’s daily routine and seems a little bit intrusive in the first days of usage but a really nice topic that Eduardo brings in this video that is “help to get helped” ease this learning curve of the Scrum framework and everybody gets evolved really quickly. I believe that Scrum framework have done a huge difference in my developer career and have the power to leverage our projects to achieve important milestones and succeeds in the targeted market.

Comprehensive approach on how to deliver in an agile manner digital products. Besides SCRUM it connects to Lean principals and also customer centricity importance to connect real “job to be done” mapped previously on business, users, clientes, customers and consumer need. Very good material! Cheers!

Great presentation! Scrum is an excellent framework for a plethora of projects; it can give your team the right cadence e guidance throughout the entire development lifecycle. Only one thing thoug, PO and teams need to remember that they are working towards same goals and objectives – customer value/satisfaction. I’ve seen many times excellent teams delivering every single sprint on time and on budget but not adding the right (necessary) value to products. Instead of saying Minimum Viable Product (MVP) I like to call it Minimum VIABLE Product 😉

    Keep up the good work!
    Cheers
