GetScrum Pro Terms and Conditions


1) GetScrum Pro is an exclusive content service for GetScrum Pro members on site.

2) GetScrum Pro members will have access to all exclusive contents even if it was posted before the member got the membership plan.

3) The GetScrum Pro members will have an vip attendance by e-mail in order to ask for new content topics or to resolve doubts concerning scrum use daily. The SLA deadline to na asnwer is 5 business days.

4) New exclusive content are published monthly for GetScrum Pro members. The number of new exclusive content can vary monthly. Team garantee at least 2 new exclusive content published montly for GetScrum Pro members.

5) The access plans are valid until its periods ends. After this period the client need to make another aquisition to keep the access working.

6) GetScrum Pro members can not cancel theirs membership during its duration. This is not possible due the nature of the service provided (content delivery service). So it is not possible to ask a plan cancelation or the refund of it. There is no exception for this statement.

7) Each user will be able to have a 20 minutes session by Skype with Specialists. This is a opportunity to have a IT Carrer Coaching Session or to discuss concerning doubts and tips for Scrum use daily. This service must be previously scheduled through the Scrum contact área and the session will be executed using Skype on Spanish, English ou Portuguese language.

8) GetScrum Pro members will receive by e-mail the GetScrum badges. It can be used to be added on the member Curriculum or linkedin personal page.
