The SLA deadline to na asnwer is 5 business days. 4)New exclusive content are published monthly for GetScrum Pro members. The number of new exclusive content can vary monthly. GetScrum.com Team garantee at least 2 new exclusive content published montly for GetScrum Pro members. 5)The access plans are valid until its periods ends. After this period the client need to make another aquisition to keep the access working. 6)GetScrum Pro members can not cancel theirs membership during its duration. This is not possible due the nature of the service provided (content delivery service). So it is not possible to ask a plan cancelation or the refund of it.
